Jose L. Arciniegas H. received the degree in telecommunications and electronic engineering from the University of Cauca, Colombia (1997), and the Ph.D. degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain (2006). He is a Full Professor with the Department of Telematics, University of Cauca, Colombia. His current research interests are in the area of services and application using interactive video and multimedia, software architecture, and quality of software.
