In this way, Medellín, as an educating and learning city, recognizes the role of education in the transformation of a society that sustains its development and future in the generation of processes of social appropriation of science, the relationship, and impact that have new technologies in improving the lives of citizens and in the way in which the culture of innovation develops habits, attitudes, and values that generate actions aimed at enhancing and appropriating knowledge that transforms the environment and cover it with new deals.
